Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund. You must report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting support@purelunacare.store and providing your order number along with clear photos of the defect.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for change of mind or any reason other than a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
If your claim is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
